We had a 4:30 appt and it is now 7:15 and we are still here with no end in sight. If my son didn't need new glasses so badly we would have left. I doubt we will get out of here by 9. They need to schedule better. For a 4:30 appt we were not even seen until 6!!! Dr is very nice and professional but this waiting is excruciating.
