I came there for him to fix the a piece on my glasses that sits on the nose. And he told me that my glasses was too wide that he had fixed it to fit my face. I said okay. You still have to fix the cushion for my nose. He came back for the second time to say something else was wrong with my glasses. And I told him I understand that is too wide. Very bad service, you paid your own money and they don't help the clients!!!
I was able to get a new pair of frames and received them the same day, thanks to the excellent customer service.
Great place. Very careful in what they do. It's hard to find people that get it right and go the extra mile for people. This place is a gem!
They charged me $80 dollars for frames that look like they cost $5 dollars. Do not recommend this place.
