I bought an eyeglass from this location and took it back because it was fogging when I wear it. The staff who took the glasses from me never told me they were closing. The cost of the glasses was over $900. I have my proof of payment, the picture of the glasses. I have made several phone calls as advice and still no response till this day.
Glenda gave me excellent service !!! I'm so Glad I decided to stop by this Cohens ... will definitely be back! Will recommend to friends & family. She is number 1 !!
Getting here is very difficult as it is deep within the hospital's first floor. Signs from their old location from a long time ago still render the hallways. The front staff themselves were great. The optometrist was experienced. I was told they would call once my prescription contact lenses were there, but a phone call never sufficed. They never answer the phone.
Great costumer service by Glinda will return for all my eye wear!!!!
