Great service!!! Incredible WARRANTY!!! check out. I usually do not write reviews, but I need today, because I purchase my eyeglasses about 8 months ago in Braintree location and my child broke them by accident, I was ready to purchase a new pair but when I came in the manager just remind me about their "incredible" warranty and replace my frame at NO CHARGE!!! They do not stand behind there products. They refused to replace my lens after they cracked. Stay away.
This place sucks .. i see why they give out 20.00 coupons Inga has such a poor attitude !!! Iwas not impress with this place at all ...run somewhere else and never look back
