Horrible receptionist with horrible customer service skills I called corporate they apologized and said action will be taken. When I asked for corporates number I was basically bulled out of appointment and told not to come. Edit: I received a call after my appointment was canceled for me requesting corporates number encouraging me to come in at my appointment time so I can receive my eye exam and so they can better explain the policy. Great Dr and staff!! We did have to wait a little past our appointment, but during these times would rather wait then rush and no clean between patients. They take your temp, you complete a form to state if you’ve been exposed or not to covid. Dr wipes down equipment and is a wonderful and charming person!!

This place in the Stamford, CT mall is a rippoff. The ladies at the front are rude over the phone and in person. The eye glasses are expensive and by the time you get out of their you have already spent $1000 on just 1 eye glass. I think they also pretend to be some manager called "Ming". He does not exist and I think they use false pretense with their voices. They are not on time with the product you order. They take over 1 month to get your eye glasses. Bad manegement – the manager Minh Luong has poor customer skills. He tries to answer questions before you finish talking, as if trying hard to look smart. He likes to say he has over 25 years of experience in the business and he acts like he wants to give you a deal under the table. He repeats his answers again and again when he gets stock in his own thinking. He can be very rude and he lacks of common sense, possibly a very unintelligent person. Good choice but weird customer service – I went there mainly for the eye exam because it is only $30. I knew I needed new eyeglasses so I thought, well probably I'll buy them there but before deciding I'd like to have the opportunity to shop around and then maybe I'll go back to Cohen. The visit was accurate, the doctor was kind. I paid for the exam and I asked for my prescription. The lady said: no, we keep it. So I asked for a copy and she wrote down on a piece of paper with the name of the doctor what was on the prescript... read more
