Nice staff but my prescription was so far off On my $1500 glasses that I picked up and wore yesterday, I have a splitting headache.went back to my previous ones and yeah, the script was off by a country mile. I suspected my exam was rushed.now I know. Shop your local optometrist they care,Cohen does not
RecommendedI highly recommend Cohens optical’s. They are very professional and their prices can’t be beat! Conveniently located in Walt Whitman shops and under new management.
RecommendedGreat Dr and staff!! We did have to wait a little past our appointment, but during these times would rather wait then rush and no clean between patients. They take your temp, you complete a form to state if you’ve been exposed or not to covid. Dr wipes down equipment and is a wonderful and charming person!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Be very careful with this place!!! He charges you the maximum without being sure that you’re getting the maximum product. He doesn’t explain it. Just says your insurance company allows this much. KNOW YOUR INSURANCE COVERAGE!! He lies. He said he spent two hours with me when I have a timestamped receipt. My appointment was at 12:45 last week and I paid at 1333 which is 133. He is rude when you speak to him. He was rude to my insurance company. RecommendedAfter a mishap with my glasses, snd and everything closed.. I got in touch with Alex at the Greenwich Avenue location who was finally able to obtain my prescription from another Cohen's Fashion Optical on W14st...He then took the time to text me couple of pictures of various selections. I chose a pair and just like he'd said within 10 days they would arrive..and I couldn't be more thankful . Alex really came through. Thank you again. They fit perfectly. Mark H
RecommendedWow talk about being customer focused and customer obsessed!!! Matt (Pheasant Lane, Nashua, NH location) went out of his way to make sure I had my glasses even if that meant meeting me in the parking lot at the mall due to mandatory store closing because of COVID-19!! I have a very high prescription (-15) and He knew that I really needed these. 🤓 ✅. I will be a customer for life! 🙌🏼
