RecommendedWow talk about being customer focused and customer obsessed!!! Matt (Pheasant Lane, Nashua, NH location) went out of his way to make sure I had my glasses even if that meant meeting me in the parking lot at the mall due to mandatory store closing because of COVID-19!! I have a very high prescription (-15) and He knew that I really needed these. 🤓 ✅. I will be a customer for life! 🙌🏼
I have bought a lot of glasses over the years and I always feel like I'm just 'okay' with the look. The time they took to match my face with the correct width and length of frame was incredible. I have never had a pair of glasses I was proud to own. Thank you. I do now.
The woman that works there lacks any people skills. No compassion in her tone whatsoever. I called and wanted to explain what happened first and she just rudely interrupts me like I am wasting her time. You are in customer service. Act like you want to help customers... never going back there.
I've just walked out of this office to never come back (writing from my phone). You get better customer service buying a coffee that at this Nashua store. From the minute you walk in, this lady, who clearly hates her job kept complaining each time the phone would ring, she was absolutely unpleasant to me and she was no help at all with the glasses I was looking to buy from them.
