I love coming to this store. Everyone is pleasant and kind. Isabel who always takes care of me, is the nicest person. She pays attention to what I need and want and I always leave satisfied. I have been going to this store over 5 years. The Ophthalmologists are patient and listen to my needs and take care of them.
We’re out on vacation for my senior trip and I completely forgot to bring both my contacts and my glasses and didn’t have a physical copy of my prescription on hand. All of the staff members were kind and eager to help, but Isabel went above and beyond to make sure that i was taken care of. not only did she help communicate with my local pharmacy, but she listened to my concerns (I was going to be gone for 2 weeks without any contacts) and fought for me to ensure that I had something. Cohen's fashion optical is fantastic and now my go-to for all things eye-wear. I wanted very specific glasses and they were very helpful and patient getting me exactly what I wanted. Tisha was absolutely awesome helping me out, and giving me guidance/expertise where needed. I can't thank Tisha and Cohen's Fashion Optical enough. I'll be back soon!
They don’t do prescription sunglasses and when I found this out I cancelled my appt and went somewhere else. At my new docs office they said they had withheld my VSP authorization preventing me from using my VSP with another doc. I called Cohen front office to get it released and she said I had to call my insurance company to get it released.
