Great service We purchased a new stove from Cohen's this winter and were very impressed with the knowledge of the sales staff. Great selection and awesome showroom.
Not bad The selection was a little on the small side. Some of the staff were helpfull while others did nothing at all. The prices were a little higher then I am used to, but with shopping around in this area the prices seemed more average. The appliance selection was small, they had more electronics. a decent selection of TV's and sorround sound.
Good products & service We have used Cohen's for the last few appliances we have bought, as well as our tv. They are great about recommending the product that is best for your needs, and their service department is great.
Cohens Electronics-Appliances is worth the little extra Cohens Electronics-Appliances is not always the place I start shopping but it seems to be where I end up. For me, its because when I walk out the door after paying, its not the last time I see them. When I have problems, I don't have to listen to a recorded message over and over only to be told they can't fix my washer for a week and a half (by a computer). . Very High Prices Cohens has very high prices than i ever imagined.The only positive thing that comes to my mind is that they usually do the free home installations which is great.Customer serivce people are friendly and acknowledged me about pros and cons of the appliance i was planning to buy. But their prices are way high.
Cohen's I have purchased several appliances for my home from Cohen's. They are very helpful and have great customer service. It is a great locally owned company.
High Prices on certain things Came in here looking for a new dryer for my mom but ended up getting a new stove for myself. I can say that the selection was very small but you know that when you walk in anyway. The prices are a little high for items but it is low for delivery.
