I had my hair cut and beard trimmed by her a few times. I even brought my family out to her. The service is good but if you make an appointment with her, you might not have a set appointment. That's what happened to me. I messaged her and she confirmed. Once I arrived she rushed to meet me at the door because she gave my time slot to someone else. She rushed to the door because she didn't want her other client to know. Time is precious and she wasted mine. Best to go somewhere else where they won't give your time slot away.

Michelle is absolutely wonderful. I’m very peculiar about my haircut and she did everything I wanted and more. She is very professional and works with you to get you in as soon as she can. I’m so glad I found her!
There’s a reason I gave Michelle the nickname “The Beard Whisperer”... because she’s amazing at making my beard look fantastic! If you’ve got a beard and want it to look polished... trust Michelle! All you need to do is give her a few images of what you are after, discuss any problem areas, and don’t be afraid to share input... Michelle is VERY capable of crafting a beard you’ll be proud to sport and eager to help you tame that mane! 😉
