I had my hair cut and beard trimmed by her a few times. I even brought my family out to her. The service is good but if you make an appointment with her, you might not have a set appointment. That's what happened to me. I messaged her and she confirmed. Once I arrived she rushed to meet me at the door because she gave my time slot to someone else. She rushed to the door because she didn't want her other client to know. Time is precious and she wasted mine. Best to go somewhere else where they won't give your time slot away.
