My wife gave me Divorce papers. I called a few attorneys, one even laughed in my face telling me I would get nothing. I called Cohen & Winters. I spoke with Andrew for about 1/2 hour. I felt very comfortable with what he said. About a week later, I met with Mary. She explained how the law works and how it is a division of assets and NOT based on gender. We had a great experience at Cohen & Winters, from start to finish. Both Andrew and Tiffany were very responsive, and the process went like clockwork. Both are very knowledgable of NH Estate Law and made great suggestions as to improvements in our plan. New to the area it was hard to know who to use for Estate Planning but we picked a winner in Cohen & Winters.

Cohen & Winters represented the opposing side in my family court case. While I was not their client, I was directly affected by their litigation strategy and courtroom conduct. In my experience, their approach reflected a troubling lack of nuance in a case involving child safety and child abuse.
