I'm very happy with the quality services.
I contacted Cohen and Winters in October 2024 and spoke with a gentleman who assigned Melanie and Sarah her assistant to my case. There were some challenges and my husband unexpectedly passed away. Melanie was there for me through it all. She was comforting and responsive when I needed her. She assisted me with everything following his passing and I don’t think I could have made it through that difficult time without her.
My wife and I contacted Cohen & Winters for a will, a power of attorney, and a power of attorney for healthcare. We worked with Andrew Winters and Tiffany Rudoph. Both are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The process was easy for us and very reasonable.
My wife gave me Divorce papers. I called a few attorneys, one even laughed in my face telling me I would get nothing. I called Cohen & Winters. I spoke with Andrew for about 1/2 hour. I felt very comfortable with what he said. About a week later, I met with Mary. She explained how the law works and how it is a division of assets and NOT based on gender.
