Rude and Unacceptable Behavior from WENDY (front desk) due to my HISPANIC background. I called this office at 4:50 PM on Thursday to make an appointment, not knowing they closed at 5 PM (Google says they close at 6 on Thursdays). The woman who answered (WENDY) was clearly in a rush and rude from the start. When I asked about scheduling, she said the doctor was booked a month out. While the reviews suggest otherwise, I was immediately turned away due to the lack of professionalism from the office staff. Specifically Wendy (did not provide a last name). My friend called Thursday 9/4 around 450pm with questions, for the both of us, regarding rhinoplasty. Windy, who we finally got a name for on Friday, not only was dismissive, appeared agitated, but finished off by saying the office was closed and hanging up the phone prematurely.
