Had a terrible experience w Dr. Alyssa Erb. She has awful bedside manner, scoffed and acted like she didn’t have the time for any of my questions about IUDs. She incorrectly told me Mirena was the lowest dose IUD, and then proceeded to put it in in the wrong position. A year later, I have to get it removed. Really terrible gyno. One of the worst experiences with a doctor I’ve ever had.
I’ve been going to Dr. Cohen for years and everyone there is fantastic!! During my most recent visit, I was taken care of by Suzanne and she was phenomenal in ensuring a safe and relaxed environment for me. I can’t say enough about how wonderful she was during this last visit and I would love for all those who visit an OBGYN to have someone as comforting and awesome as she is!
This practice is clean and efficient with knowledgeable and friendly staff and clinicians. I had a great experience, was in and out for my appointment, and will definitely be a returning patient.
