I came here as a new patient for my annual exam. The providers and ultrasound tech were all really kind and made me feel comfortable during my visit. Unfortunately, my first impression of the office wasn’t great because of my experience at the front desk. When I arrived, I handed over my paperwork while the receptionist was on the phone. I normally do not leave reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to share my experience. I truly appreciate Dr. Buckner. She performed my surgery along with another doctor in the office, and both were wonderful. They are professional, caring, and I have always felt comfortable under their care. I have always had great and easy experiences at Cohen Medical, both at the Madison location and the UWS location. I have pretty horrific health anxiety but the staff is all kind and the NPs and doctors have always been very knowledgable and thorough. I've never left the office feeling worse than I did when I came in! Really such a good experience which is unfortunately not always the standard with medical care for women! So thank you all

I like the professional staff at this Cohen medical practice. The providers are transparent and supportive. They show empathy for patients and provide the best recommendations, showing that they care. The only thing I need them to improve is ensuring their patient portal can be accessed on Android phones and providing a proper chair for patients to rest their hands on when drawing blood, since their space on Madison is small. My experience has always been the best. Dr Cohen and his team have always go above and beyond to help me understand my options so I can make informed decisions to take care of me. Yesterday I was with my general practitioner and I recommended putting Dr. Cohen and Team on her preferred recommendation list for her clients.
