If I could put a zero I would. I sent certified letters, emails, and voice mails for Matthew Bradley and he’s been silent for over a month involving the tenant issue I’m having. The receptionist refuses to get you to any lawyer. Very sloppy and unprofessional.
Not professional. Although I am on the opposing side, I certainly would never want them representing me. They not only wouldn't transfer me to the attorney to resolve a matter but wouldn't even transfer me to his voicemail. I made it very clear that if I could not speak to him that I would be filing a lawsuit. I did just that. I guess they don't care if they are getting paid.
Worst experience ever. Delete this LLC from existence.
I’m such a kind person and really confused why I just got the reaction I got when calling this law firm. I was advised to do so. The woman who answered immediately starting raising her voice at me as soon as I said I was a tenant. Not exactly sure why. Said I she couldn’t answer any of my questions. There charging a larger amount for fees than the state legally allows. Curious if anyone has any issues such as this one???than they won’t speak to you to dispute or confront it. At a loss
