I had a very frustrating experience with this office regarding billing and communication. I was double charged, and despite reaching out multiple times for clarification, the issue was not resolved. I was even told that the charge did not exist, which only created more confusion instead of addressing the issue. Overall, communication was poor, and the situation was not handled with the professionalism or accountability I expected.
