We had a major problem with our roof after Hurricane Ian. Our insurance company denied our claim so our contractor attempted to negotiate with the insurance company. They also were denied .I went to Cohen Law group and was assigned to Samuel Eisenstein. He was outstanding .I was informed throughout the process. , and the insurance company was at my location to evaluate the damage shortly after. Due to his aggressive , persistent involvement the insurance company agreed to full coverage to complete a total roof replacement.

I had a roofing issue so I called my insurance company and they sent out two inspectors and gave me the run around both times. This happened in July and I was referred to Cohen Law group in September and they took total control of the issue making sure I was ok during the entire process. My experience with Cohen Law group, specifically Brittany Bars and Kate Ledford was most satisfying, the services they performed were as I would of hoped for not knowing what I was getting myself into, return calls and inquires were always taken care of in a very timely manner. Brittney will be highly recommended if I recommend an attorney to friends or acquaintances. Insurance company's are very hard to deal with but Brittany got results beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Cohen Law Group. My insurance company offered me nothing after a hurricane damaged my home. Guillermo Lopez took my case and got me a fair settlement. He and his assistant communicated every step of the way. Every question or concerned was addressed immediately and I felt like I wasn’t just another case. Hopefully I won’t ever need their services again, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to give them a call.
