Her main concern is that if you have insurance, wants you to call the insurance company to verify before you attend your first appt. In the waiting room, we could hear her talk to her patient and their conversation. She was ten minutes late, no apologies, doesn't carry herself in a professional manner. She was rude and lack compassionate attitude. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.

She answered the phone multiple times during our visit, listened to voicemails with peoples names right in front of me, and stopped before an hour of time even though she started late. Will not go back. She was very short with me on the phone and was just as short and to the point in person. Asked a question and then interrupted me half way through my sentence just to stop on time.

They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They need a much bigger selection of waiting room magazines. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I did not like that she kept answering the phone during our session, and listening to her voice mail with patient's names on speaker.
