Slow to respond. Don't seem to really care about responding to calls or requests for updates. Going on 2 years since accident and still waiting for them to settle our case. I would not recommend these folks under any circumstance. Find another attorney or settle with the insurance company yourself. You'll have less grief. Very dissatisfied.
