Absolutely terrible! Not only do you not get a call back for an appt, but it's a long wait on hold. My 6 month old urgently needed to see a urologist as per his pediatrician and the pain and swelling he's having and I was told that they can't schedule a month and a half out. No point of being a doctor if you can't help a baby.
