The Doctors are amazing! It’s the front desk staff that has to be replaced. Horrible & so rude. Not helpful at all. I almost always have an issue with something!!!
I’m editing this review. It wasn’t originally 1 star, but my personal experience here has been horrible. I’m a nurse, I would not recommend this practice. Hopefully not every patient and or parent has the same experience that I did. Switching pediatricians sadly. My daughter’s formula is covered by insurance, but due to the negligence of this office and its staff, over a month has gone by and I am still unable to get it for my daughter. If I wrote everything that has gone wrong this would be a very long review.
I love the doctor that my daughter sees, she’s incredibly friendly and The visits are always smooth. The main issue that I find with this office is the front desk staff. I’m a nurse, if I wasn’t and I took their word, I would be going back-and-forth forever without getting anything done. Every time I call, I need to over explain and repeat myself a million times, and no one I speak to really seems to have any even general knowledge. I love all the providers we have seen here, they are great. HOWEVER, the front desk staff are not. I went to Urgent care about my 1yr old son falling and possibly breaking his finger. They said it was jammed and I felt they were rushing and didn't really take a good look at it. After, I called this office to explain what happened and the women I spoke to was very rude, and said "if that's what Urgent care told you then......" all I was wanting was another opinion to make sure it was okay as it was incredibly bruised and swol... read more
I like doctors here they are pretty good and caring but the management system are really bad, every time I have a copay they wouldn’t charge me there on the spot then next thing my bill will end up in Debt collection agency. This is annoying and very inconvenient I cannot believe this kind of facility would do services like that. If I have copay let me know before my kids see the doctor, I will pay off right the way. I don’t want BS bills at home nor credit collection.
