The front desk has gone downhill here. They seem very disinterested and annoyed when you walk in for your appointment and don’t acknowledge you standing there with a simple hello. It’s a shame because we really liked my son’s doctor. I tried to call to make an appointment in the late afternoon and got hung up on. Then I called again and it kept ringing, as if someone was ignoring the calls. Unfortunately, they lost my son as a patient because I was able to easily make an online appointment elsewhere.
