Some good staff is still here and coming in but the culture has changed in the last 10 years. The staff has become entitled, it's a social setting for them and they try to rush the children out without them getting better. Because of that I've had to come back more than one time including an admission after things got worse than a few days ago. I've reached out to Patient Relations 4x but they do not answer messages or requests from the team. It's taken over a week for patient relations to come to me or call me at the hospit... read more

I was disappointed with the assessment my daughter received during our visit to the children’s hospital. We arrived around 3:00 AM, and I registered her for evaluation of croup with a history of stridor. Prior to arrival, I had given her a saline nebulizer treatment at home, which partially improved her symptoms, but she was still experiencing concerning respiratory noises. I brought my son to the ER at Cohen Children’s Hospital after urgent care advised us to rule out appendicitis. As a parent, I was already anxious and focused on making sure my child received proper medical attention.
