I was disappointed with the assessment my daughter received during our visit to the children’s hospital. We arrived around 3:00 AM, and I registered her for evaluation of croup with a history of stridor. Prior to arrival, I had given her a saline nebulizer treatment at home, which partially improved her symptoms, but she was still experiencing concerning respiratory noises. I dont know how come this facility received 2.5 stars rating . I took my child in morning. And my child was in deep pain. They took the information and within 10 minutes my child was inside and everything was well taken care of. The staff at the front were very rapid and professional and ofcourse the nurses were very helpful and friendly. I’m puzzled by the 2.5-star rating this facility received.
