They placed my baby in the rapid response room left us there no one ever came to even say hi until the guy came to do the registration and then he left. Then we sat there some more an I then came out of the room spoke to a doctor that was sitting by the wall. I recently took my 12-year-old daughter to the NCH Pediatric Emergency Department for a nasty ear infection, and I couldn't have asked for better care. From the moment we walked in, the staff was attentive and kind, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I especially want to commend Taylor, the nurse, and Elizabeth, the PA. Taylor was so patient and gentle with my daughter, making sure she felt comfortable throughout the examination.
