After two years dealing with her numerous errors and incompetence, I can’t take it any more. This Doctor’s office is so poorly run. I could write a book on the number of times the office made errors handling simple tasks like refill of a prescription: forgetting to call the Pharmacy, calling the wrong pharmacy, forgetting to call for the insurance pre-authorization, wrong dosage amounts called in.
