Dr Cohen is an excellent doctor. He explains everything very clearly. He concentrates on the patient. Every question is answered to my satisfaction. So basically it’s nice to have a doctor with expertise and a great ability to speak to the patient’s concerns. He also spends time with the patient and does not rush the appointment.
I went to see Dr. Cohen with both a muscular-skeletal and ocular situation. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. He is not a good doctor... he is a GREAT doctor! His patients are fortunate to have such a caring medical professional.
I was looking forward to visiting Dr. Cohen, however, I experienced TERRIBLE costumer service from his workers, one worker who wouldn’t prove her name due to realization of her poor communication skills. Each had very unprofessional tones and would not allow me to ask questions without being interrupted. I highly would not recommend this office, the first thing you experience before attending a new doctor’s office is the workers and I had a very unpleasant turn off by not one, but two workers. Dr Cohen puts you at ease the moment he steps into the exam room. Answers all your questions. The Dr. Recommended other test to be done. I have complete trust in his treatments. He's interest in you has a whole person not just your ailments.
I had to have an EMG/NERVE CONDUCTION STUDY... I was very nervous... Dr. Cohen was very kind and compassionate. He took the time to explain everything and really made me feel I could get through the test... which I did! He had a lot of patience and he was extremely understanding of my apprehension. If you need this test ... have it with him... he is great!
He is the first doctor I have seen in many years who really cares. Takes his time and answers all your questions and of course very knowledgeable in his field??
