Very good price - no need to pay electricity and WiFi Everything u would need to work in NYC is here Better work on noise and dirty kitchen Some of the people u live with will get loud at night or walk carelessly on the hallway. I can hear everything hahahah
Awesome experience Cohabs is a great option to move to a new country. Everything is in place to simplify your daily life, and the community is just amazing!
I've really enjoyed my time at Cohabs so far! The houses are new, well-located, and fully furnished. The community is super welcoming, and there are plenty of events organized for both your house and the entire NY community. The community manager is responsive, and any issues are quickly resolved. One of the best perks (in my opinion) is the weekly cleaning of common areas, which keeps the house surprisingly tidy considering how many people live here.
