We had a great experience working with Cogwheel on our small remodel project. Riley, Brandon, and the rest of the team were very communicative throughout the process, and we were very happy with how the project turned out. We also appreciated that it was a fairly rapid turnaround from quote to completion. We'd be glad to work with the Cogwheel team again in the future!
We are so pleased with the Cogwheel team and quality of workmanship they provided. Cogwheel did an excellent job on a first floor kitchen/bath remodel for us. They were mindful of our budget. Kelly is a “rock star” project manager and kept everything moving along as scheduled and ensured every detail was tended to. I have, in the past year, worked with Brandon and his team on two major remodel projects. It has been a very positive experience with excellent results. Communication and responsiveness were the best of any construction company I have used for a myriad of past projects. Timeliness and cost control were excellent. If I have another project in the future, Cogwheel will be my first choice.
Cogwheel was hired to do a partial renovation on an almost 100-year-old home for our company. What started as a kitchen/bathroom/flooring update grew exponentially as we got into the project and Cogwheel managed to expand their scope of work without a pause, all the while keeping us informed of the challenges along the way so that expectations were set reasonably.
