Aric and Jacob helped us both offboard, screen, and onboard two sets of tenants at our rental, and connected us with budget-friendly and efficient handymen to make repairs. They provide consistent updates as needed and respond quickly to our (many) questions. They treat our tenants well and are clearly expert in ensuring both landlords and tenants have a positive experience. Would recommend to anyone! We transitioned from another property management team and it has been a night and day difference.
I needed to have my condo rented at a certain price and Jacob assured me it was possible and he did it. He rented it out at that price as he said. He also answered all questions I had during the process. I highly recommend him.
