Recently, I had a 1362 sq.ft. house built by Cogswell Builders. When Tim Cogswell and I first met on the property, I was confident of his professionalism and his knowledge of the home building process. Tim and Justin delivered our custom home in August 2024 outside of Walsenburg, CO. This was our 11th home, but our first brand new one. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the result. Tim and Justin took our basic plans, developed architectural plans and coordinated a final design with all of their subcontractor subject matter experts. I have had an absolutely wonderful experience with Cogswell Homes. I have worked closely with Tim and Justin ever since I first started looking into building a new custom home. Tim worked with me to design a custom home within my budget and introduced me to a wonderful mortgage firm to help arrange the financing.
