I have had an absolutely wonderful experience with Cogswell Homes. I have worked closely with Tim and Justin ever since I first started looking into building a new custom home. Tim worked with me to design a custom home within my budget and introduced me to a wonderful mortgage firm to help arrange the financing. Tim and Justin have access to an amazing group of contractors. TJCogswell Properties, LLC general contractor and home builder became my go to based on recommendation from friends when I needed renovation in my home to make a bathroom safer and more useful. The Cogswell team did an excellent job taking into consideration both my needs and my budget. I would not hesitate to call on these professionals again.
Tim and Justin were great to work with. They are very accommodating to the needs we had as customers. Tim went out of his way to make the transition from selling our old house to building our new house as easy as can be imagined. The entire Cogswell family did a wonderful job getting us into our forever home and we cannot thank them enough. 10/10 would recommend them if looking to build.
