Sent cost breakdown on 65% loan to value. Terribly slow...sent cost projections 3 times. Night before closing they changed everything and wanted twice down what had been agreed to....forced me to get appraisal for $675 and they then did not even use it to get more junk fees. Too bizarre not to be true. Defined predatory lending.
Don't waste your time. This is a scam.....The guy just tried to sale a real estate training seminar for $2400 to get started. I don't even know if they offer hard money or not!
Bad service. One big sales pitch. Careful.
