I had a great experience at Cognostic! The admin team is friendly, efficient, and very flexible when it comes to insurance coverage, claims, and scheduling. They make the process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Wong is excellent—professional, responsible, patient, and kind. She pays attention to even the smallest details which I also forget after the parent interview. She is also good with kids, my kid feels comfortable even during the assessment (which he kind of dislike the work).
Dr. Pablee Wong is incredible at ASD diagnosis. She is great with kids. She is able to pick up on the smallest details. She is a true professional. Even for "high functioning" autism she has the keen sense for the smallest details. If you think your child may have autism go to Pablee, you will be so happy to you did.
The communication challenges and trust issues within this company's operations at this particular location are indeed concerning. It is unacceptable to be pressured into making immediate payments in exchange for necessary reports, especially when there is a clear intention to fulfill financial obligations. The lack of transparency regarding the report delivery timeline, even after prompt payment, is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. The assessment with Dr. Wong was really thorough and the recommendations were very helpful. We finally understand our daughter's emotional challenges, and Dr. Wong’s experience shows how hard it can be to recognize autism in girls and why it wasn’t noticed earlier.
Dr. Yu was very professional and kind. She was straightforward and transparent and about her services, which significantly alleviated my anxiety as a new patient on a 2 year waitlist. It's been a month since I've worked with her, and I'm very grateful for her service!
