As someone who has spent years healing then learning to optimize and thrive through psychotherapy, and is now switching careers to be a psychotherapist myself, I strongly recommend Cognitive Change and in particular Nikki Nguyen to anyone looking for counseling. Dan is the absolute best- he's understanding, he listens and he has helped me get through some tough times. He's honest, but realistic with his advice, and I've been able to see things differently because of how he's helped me think and help me understand to see situations differently. He's one of the best, and I'm lucky to have had Dan make such an impact on my life. I would highly refcomend him to anyone in the area!!
