The staff are wonderful the bosses are caring and understanding and the residents are taking care with so much love
At first I trusted that the staff can insure the safety for the elderly, but when I visited on my family member. I was able to walk right in with no one asking a question, or even taking a glance at me. They do have a sign in station for visitors, but they don't check if you sign in. The front staff didn't even look in my direction when I signed in. Currently, I'm seeing how many times I can walk in without signing in before they notice. I'm currently at 3 times.
