Place is clean. Only issue was the front desk didn’t assist when I came in. First time there and needed a quick guide to find the apartment. She was on the phone talking and laughing. She hold on please. I waited for a couple of minutes and decided to find my way around myself. It just appeared rude to have me wait right in front of her while she’s laughing and talking. It was just a quick direction needed. I found my way around. Another coworker was able to help me since he noticed I was going back and forth.
The caregivers are exceptional. However I found it annoying that you put iced water in the lobby but no cups because you think people steal them. I shall purchase them for you at Costco as I think for the $$$$ charged the least you can do is provide throw away cups.
Cogir made our transition from home to hospital to assisted living so much more sane. Stacy was kind and understanding with all of our questions and concerns. My dad loves the fact that there are Tagalog & Ilocano caregivers there! He’s been there for a few weeks now and he is looking better than he has in years! Thank you Cogir ❤️
