The staff ; the caregivers, nurses, receptionists, maintenance and upper management have all been wonderful. I wish I could name them all in person! They were all so kind and caring with my mother, who stayed here for 7 months before passing. Even when she was "ornery" they had a smile on their faces and love in their voices. Cogir of Folsom has been recently renovated and is a beautiful community. The apartments are clean and well maintained, the team is engaged and the residents are happy.

In just the last six weeks, it’s been incredibly disheartening to witness the significant changes within this community for my aunt and others — once vibrant with resident car shows, volleyball games, and truly engaged staff. The recent and sudden departures of several key team members raise serious concerns about the level of support provided by Cogir’s corporate office. I strongly advise against placing a loved one here or seeking employment at this facility. Regrettably, I am compelled to give this establishment a zero-star rating due to multiple concerning issues. The kitchen facilities are entirely unacceptable—unclean, unsanitary, and poorly managed. The kitchen staff lack proper culinary training and frequently neglect their duties, often seen eating sandwiches and fries instead of preparing nutritious meals for residents.
