Jenn was amazing! We did a tour with her to understand the next steps for my loved one, and she was so helpful.. professional.. and kind. It’s hard to find people with bedside manner that are so genuine and thoughtful. I would feel very comfortable having my relative stay here with the information she has given me.

I’m absolutely so grateful for this community and how much they have helped my Dad transition into memory care. We had looked at multiple places but found that Jennifer was the most professional from tour to move in. She answered questions we didn’t even know we would have! The care staff is great and you can tell they really care about the residents.

I visited my dear friend who lives here, and she is truly happy to be part of this community. Since moving from living alone, I’ve noticed her mood has improved and she seems much less lonely. I’m very grateful to the staff for taking such good care of my friend.

Cogir of Bothell staff is taking great care of my mother-in-law. They are always responsive to concerns, and any time I follow up on something, it has already been handled. The community feel along with the caring staff makes all the difference.
