We would highly recommend Cogir at the Narrows over all. Our experience was positive with one exception. All interactions with the business office director, Temika , were challenging. Communication was inconsistent, both via email and phone which made what should have been straightforward administrative tasks unnecessarily time consuming and difficult. My moving company has moved a few residents in and around this facility. Everyone has seemed very happy and facility was very clean and well managed
The director of this location does nothing about racism in the building. Mike Bostic Maintenance Director is the most unprofessional manager you will ever meet.
On February 1st, 2025, I moved to this Senior Living Center. My move was generated by my complete dissatisfaction with my former similar Senior Living Center. It had gone from being a Nice Place to a Marginal One at best. COGIR At The NARROWS is a Bright Star in the Tacoma Area. It has Independent Living plus a separate Memory Care and Assisted Living Area also.
