I have never witnessed such heartless and inhuman actions from the representative and owners of this property. When the pandemic hit, they didn't care at all about the financial emergency that families were facing, were NOT open to negotiate and made it hard for us to find people to lease the apartment. Didn't offer any help or let us put signs up. On top of everything, when we applied for governmental help for rent, we were waiting on them to fill out their part of the form and never did.
