Really rude and patronising guy, just a truly horrible person. Late on an urgent report, never even went inside the roof. Horrible person, horrible service. AVOID.

My husband had been trying to get in contact with him by phone multiple times about our leaking roof but he never got back to him. He finally responded and came round to our house to have a look a month ago and said he would come round to fix it the following Monday. We waited in all day and he never showed up and we never heard from him!! Unreliable & unprofessional - don't waste your time!!
