I have never been to a dentist, actually any provider that has the bedside manner, kindness, attentiveness and all around great care that they provide at Coghlan orthodontics. From the front desk, to the office staff, to Dr Kevin, these people care about what they do and they care about their customers! It shows and the way that they greet you, help with your problems, and remember the small details about your personal life. Terrible experience here. I was given a 2 p.m. appointment and received a text the day before, asking me to show up 15 minutes early in order to complete paperwork. I showed up at 1:45, as requested, and the reception desk was completely dark and there was a sign that they were out to lunch and would not return until 2 p.m. There was a computer with names of those who had appointments at that time. Ours was not on it. I waited 5 minutes and no one came. I didn’t want to wait another 10 minutes if they goofed my appointment t... read more
