I started talking to Joel with Coghlan on December 30, 2024. He came out to my house, I showed him everything that needed work and when the estimate was originally submitted I was pleased with the price. Unfortunately, Joel ended up handing me over to Dan to complete the quotes and get the work started. Dan did not reply to emails or texts in a timely manner. The deck that was stained was nicely done. However, the painter cleaned his brush from an earlier job (somewhere else) and made a mess of some pine straw and the rocks surrounding a statue. That was not appropriate.
