I went there looking for a vehicle and I found one the staff there were great and helping me pick out my selection. I got a 2017 ram pick up truck. They walk me through the process for the payments also with the warranty that they have that covers bumper-to-bumper you can’t get any better than that But the real help was the staff that helped me the sales person that helped me was destiny if you need to get a new car go to her and she will help you out the finance manager there. Went to coggins to visit Jon Ferrin, not only is he amazing at what he does but also goes above and beyond. He handled my trade in very well gave me more than I was expecting and my fiancé and I both left there with better vehicles than we had in mind. All thanks to Jon. Wonderful experience through and through.
The service team has gone WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. I purchased a used F150 in July the day it came in as a trade so they hadn't gotten to go through it fully. Then, after I took it home I got a check engine light and brought it back to see what I needed to fix. Well these guys have spent several days on the issues, fixed several parts that were triggering different codes, given me a loaner twice and have not charged me another dime! This is the place to go to buy a new or used car!! Star sales associate Thomas was kind, patient and very informative helping me negotiate buying a used car within my budget .. The finance team and of course Scott was amazing and the whole sales team worked together to help me purchase my new used car.. thank you all very much.🤩🤩
They couldnt figure out how to fix my car, then tried to pretend the car was fixed. I brought my car to someone all the guys in that shop laughed at the cob job Coggins did Geico was dissapointed when I send them picture of Coggins work. I got everything fixed elsewhere wish I hadnt wasted so much time trying to get Coggins to stand behind their work.
