The service team has gone WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. I purchased a used F150 in July the day it came in as a trade so they hadn't gotten to go through it fully. Then, after I took it home I got a check engine light and brought it back to see what I needed to fix. Well these guys have spent several days on the issues, fixed several parts that were triggering different codes, given me a loaner twice and have not charged me another dime! This is the place to go to buy a new or used car!! Star sales associate Thomas was kind, patient and very informative helping me negotiate buying a used car within my budget .. They couldnt figure out how to fix my car, then tried to pretend the car was fixed. I brought my car to someone all the guys in that shop laughed at the cob job Coggins did Geico was dissapointed when I send them picture of Coggins work. I got everything fixed elsewhere wish I hadnt wasted so much time trying to get Coggins to stand behind their work.
Horrible experience brought my car there to get the body on the front passenger side and wheel and they had it for 3 weeks the day I got it back I noticed an immediate grinding noise in my engine an now they are saying it’s my transmission an they can’t do anything about it, also front driver light wasn’t working as if they didn’t check anything to make sure it was 100% road reliable. Will never go back avoid at all cost
I drove almost an hour a a half to see Destinie Batacchi at Coggins Toyota of Bennington and it was the best decision I could have made. I drove home with a vehicle that was beyond perfect for what my family and I need. She was lovely to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an upgrade!
