Went into Coggins for a new mom car and Jon did everything to help me find the perfect one. He is always willing to run all the numbers I ask and is very patient and professional! Left with the perfect car thanks to Jon!!!
I went there looking for a vehicle and I found one the staff there were great and helping me pick out my selection. I got a 2017 ram pick up truck. They walk me through the process for the payments also with the warranty that they have that covers bumper-to-bumper you can’t get any better than that But the real help was the staff that helped me the sales person that helped me was destiny if you need to get a new car go to her and she will help you out the finance manager there. Went to coggins to visit Jon Ferrin, not only is he amazing at what he does but also goes above and beyond. He handled my trade in very well gave me more than I was expecting and my fiancé and I both left there with better vehicles than we had in mind. All thanks to Jon. Wonderful experience through and through.
The service team has gone WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. I purchased a used F150 in July the day it came in as a trade so they hadn't gotten to go through it fully. Then, after I took it home I got a check engine light and brought it back to see what I needed to fix. Well these guys have spent several days on the issues, fixed several parts that were triggering different codes, given me a loaner twice and have not charged me another dime!
