Friendly, knowledgeable, patient.
Went to a few dealerships in the area to see what my options were. I am so pleased by the friendliness and honesty Michael gave me. Even though we were unable to find a winner today, I will absolutely be back to get something, and I will be seeking help from Michael. Seriously, go to that guy if you visit Coggins. He is a salesman who cares!
One of the worst experiences by far. Toyota is a great brand but this franchise is not holding up to there reputation. I will not be buying any vehicles from here
