This firm has helped Liberty Fire for many years. Always willing to help in a time of need. I personally would highly recommend them to anyone.
They upload our documents for insurance to wrong lender web site. They didn't fallow up with the lender to insure received the declaration page. So the lender didn't know who to pay and it looked we didn't have a current policy home. The policy came past due and the agent didn't contact us. We had to contact our leader to find out what was going on. We had to do the fallow up and uploading of documentation ourselves. We had to do their job for them.
