Not the best place but if you follow rules and pay on time shouldn't have any problems. They're improving it everyday.
The bordered up window is do to when covid hit and I live out there mos tof the people out there are nice some are always drunk mos tof the trailer are beyond repair this is just clearing everything up and the are not greedy pimples who lived in them trashed them and ruined them to this point some of those trailers have been there for 16 years only thing I don't really like abt it is that some buddies of mine called the cops and they wouldn't come out cause they said it was private property
