Well they were sent our approved estimate from Geico on June 26th and we still have not received any communication from them, no appointment, nothing! Does not seem very professional!
Excellent body shop! I was already a repeat customer. Coggins is an hour from my house and it's the only body shop I'll use.
They didn’t repair the main issue with my bumper being crooked the first time I came to pick it up. Had to wait on them to fix it. They never called me when my vehicle was ready. And they argued with me that they did in fact call me… terrible customer service and lack of attention to detail.
I had my entire passenger side repaired by coggins, not only were they quick and efficient but they made sure I was updated throughout the process. After my repairs were done, I noticed my taillights were not working. I called and Marty had me come in that day to take a look at it, it ended up being a fuse (nothing related to the repairs) and they replaced it for me free of charge.
