I had my car repaired at Coggins Collision Center earlier this year, and the experience was frustrating and disappointing. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed my interior door panel was damaged—something that was not broken before. When I brought it up, they initially tried to blame it on me and claim it was already like that. Staff was great from beginning to the end kept me posted on the status as it progressed.very lean car when I got it back.the work that was said to be done was done and it was.very very satisfied of the with work done and with the people who did the work..
Well they were sent our approved estimate from Geico on June 26th and we still have not received any communication from them, no appointment, nothing! Does not seem very professional!
Excellent body shop! I was already a repeat customer. Coggins is an hour from my house and it's the only body shop I'll use.
They didn’t repair the main issue with my bumper being crooked the first time I came to pick it up. Had to wait on them to fix it. They never called me when my vehicle was ready. And they argued with me that they did in fact call me… terrible customer service and lack of attention to detail.
