Warranty repair of front camera. Second Toyota I bought and serviced here. Service advisors are actually listening to my concerns and don’t try to upsell unnecessary items.
Waste of my time. This is not my first negative experience at this location, but I thought I would give one more try because they are conveniently close to my home. I made an appt. for battery service and open recall notice. Recall expired. Ok. 1 down 1 to go. Next, I was told that the battery was bad but because I had purchased last OEM battery directly throught parts dept. that I would have to drive around to parts to make the battery exchange.
