I had an appointment today (2/14/26) @320/340PM. When I went there CS Rep said they were overbooked and wait till Monday, which I never got TEXT or email on moving my appointment. Their managers were SO RUDE in responding to me, if I was in his shoes, will first apologize and come up with an alternative date (scheduling). Josh was the rep and Richard was the technician today gave the car the service it needed. The wait was a little longer than anticipated but they got the car finished.
I will be servicing my 4Runner anywhere but here. I have owned and serviced multiple Toyota’s, but this dealership provides a terrible experience that makes me question the quality of the service provided at a high price. After multiple bad experiences, I won’t be servicing with this dealer any further. Appointments for service are close to irrelevant at this dealer. Not sure what has happened, as this is the dealership that I have had my vehicle serviced at since I got it years ago. This morning I was at the door 30 minutes before opening for a routine oil change, with an opening time appointment. We are now approaching 3 hours and only receiving “recommendations” and irrelevant (to my appointment) updates. Apparently there is a “new system” in place.
