The lane manager (Laurie) managed my tire purchase and identified repair from start to finish. She provided a quote for the tires on the same day I requested, and my scheduled service started and finished in the timeframe that she scheduled. This helped me enormously to stay on schedule as I was traveling this same day. Thanks Laurie!
