Purchased a used car from their Orlando store. When I arrive to pick it up, someone had left it running out front, but no one talked to us about the car. I noticed right away that it had a very strong musky odor and that Driver side floorboard was wet, but I thought maybe they had to clean the carpets. An oil change with tire rotation took 80 minutes, this is very long. Same thing happened last time I came here, this should no longer than 40 minutes. Why is your service so slow n I had an appointment at 7.40 am, maybe late in the day the service department gets backed up but not first thing in the morning.
Jack was great to work with. In and out. Wonderful customer service.
Amanda was wonderful and very helpful. She explained everything so I could understand the priorities needed vs what was recommended demonstrating integrity. So far the work done seems to be working well.
