My experience over at the service side of the dealership was absolutely great. I had Jim help me out and walked me through everything. Was able to get my car diagnosed and fixed pretty quickly. The customer service was amazing, any questions I had Jim answered with ease. Very positive experience and will continue to come back
I made an appointment for an oil change, noted I would wait and confirm when I checked in. I told the service advisor I would need to know if my car needed anything, but was short on time that day because I had to pick up my daughter from the airport. After 1 hour and 20 minutes I inquired where we were at with my oil change as I needed to leave. He informed me there were only 2 more cars ahead of me, it would be another hour and 30-40 min.
I had a great experience at Coggin Honda for my warranty service. Jeremy kept me informed the whole time and handled everything quickly and professionally. Great service—keep it up!
